1 Introduction & Acceptance

Where qk99 identifies that a player holds more than one account, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any bonus balances or winnings generated through duplicate accounts. 3 Account Management

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your qk99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility, unless you have promptly notified qk99 of unauthorised access in accordance with the procedure set out below.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

qk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time, and qk99 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific payment channel.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits applicable to your account tier and payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account verification status and applicable limits communicated to you at the time of withdrawal.

All deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash wallet, bank account, or card) that is registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. If qk99 determines that a deposit has been made from a third-party account, it reserves the right to suspend the player account and return the funds to the originating payment account.

qk99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods — such as BPL or IPL match days — may take slightly longer to process. qk99 does not charge players a fee for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All transactions on the qk99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where currency conversion is required, qk99 will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. qk99 is not responsible for any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by qk99 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions — are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements set out at the time the promotion is offered. These general Terms and the specific promotion terms together govern the award and use of all qk99 bonuses.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Stakes placed on certain game types (e.g., low-margin games or excluded titles) may not contribute fully to wagering requirements. qk99 will make this information available in the promotion terms.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any qk99 bonus or promotional offer constitutes a material breach of these Terms. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to achieve a guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, or coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially. qk99 reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified, and to suspend or terminate the account of any player found to have engaged in such conduct.

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and will be removed from the player's account without notice. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of and comply with bonus expiry conditions.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the qk99 Platform are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that sport or event type. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable market rules and that the bet reflects your genuine intention. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where qk99 explicitly provides a cash-out facility for a given market.

qk99 will settle all bets in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or competition. For cricket markets, official results are determined by reference to the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, qk99's decision — made in good faith with reference to publicly available official sources — is final and binding.

qk99 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at a price that was manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human error; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular activity affecting the event; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

qk99 applies a maximum single-transaction payout per player per event. This maximum payout limit will be communicated to the player at the time of bet placement where applicable. Where multiple bets on the same event result in aggregate winnings exceeding this limit, qk99 reserves the right to reduce the payout to the applicable maximum.

7 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, and other gaming products available on the qk99 Platform are operated under the rules of the relevant game provider — including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the qk99 Platform — including but not limited to the qk99 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game assets, and data — is the exclusive property of qk99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any qk99 content without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence is revocable and does not extend to any commercial use of the Platform or its content.

10 Privacy & Data

Nothing in these Terms limits qk99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms
